How it Works
In order to ensure that this is the right fit for your mental health care needs, all evaluations begin with a free, confidential 15-minute consultation call.
Upon determining that Dr. Strada is the right fit, you will schedule an intake appointment, followed by regular follow ups to continue to manage medications, obtain diagnostic clarity and provide ongoing treatment recommendations. Dr. Strada will provide individualized treatment plans, tailored to each patient’s specific needs and goals in order to help you or your child bloom.
Prior to the appointment, there will be a payment authorization form, practice policies and intake questionnaire to be completed 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Dr. Strada is currently offering services via Telehealth. She is available to see patients who are located in the state of California.
Dr. Strada recently relocated to Orange County, CA, and will be opening in person services in the near future.
Fee For Service
Life In Bloom Psychiatry is a fee for service practice. Dr. Strada does not participate in insurance plans. Credit card information will be kept on file and will be charged 24 hours prior to appointments. Dr. Strada will provide patients with a ‘superbill’, or receipt of services, which can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement. It is recommended that you inquire with your insurance company on reimbursement rates for out of network mental health benefits coverage.
